OCTOBER 2025 - JULY 2026 @ CI&T
Lead/Senior Product Designer / Lead Designer Systems: GEL
In my role at CI&T, I led the end-to-end redesign of a legacy website for a large Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. The work focused on transforming an established product experience into a modern, scalable and user-centred ecosystem.
A key part of this approach involved leveraging Claude AI to define and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with evolving business rules and operational constraints. This enabled faster synthesis of complex inputs while maintaining a strong connection between strategy, design and delivery.
The outcome was a reimagined user experience that balanced innovation with continuity, retaining critical user needs and behaviours from the legacy platform while improving usability, clarity and performance.
Alongside this, I led the creation of a scalable design system supported by clear governance frameworks, enabling consistency, reusability and long-term product evolution across teams and channels.
Key Contributions:
1. Led the end-to-end redesign of a legacy SaaS platform, transforming a fragmented and outdated experience into a scalable, user-centred product aligned with evolving business goals.
2. Balanced legacy user needs with future-state vision by identifying critical behaviours and preserving essential workflows while simplifying and modernising the overall experience.
3. Designed and implemented a scalable design system, including reusable components, tokens, and patterns, to support consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and multi-team adoption.
4. Established governance frameworks for the design system, enabling controlled evolution and design quality assurance, and alignment across distributed teams.
APRIL 2023 - AUGUST 2025 @ RAMSAY HEALTH CARE
Lead Product Designer / Lead Designer Systems: GEL
What began as a Senior UX Design role focused on human-centred design within agile healthcare teams evolved into a strategic leadership position.
I led the digital expression of the Ramsay brand, owning and evolving its visual and experiential identity across digital touchpoints.
I drove the integration of design systems, multi-channel UX strategy, art direction, and content cohesion to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience.
My work ensured Ramsay’s digital presence not only reflected but advanced the brand, combining precision, empathy and consistency at scale.
Key Contributions:
1. Leads the Ramsay Digital Design System, translating brand guidelines into scalable, user-facing digital assets as part of the Ramsay (GEL) Global Experience Language.
2. Provides art direction and visual design leadership, ensuring all elements are on-brand and visually compelling.
3. Designs for a multi-channel ecosystem, including web, email, and portals, to create a consistent, seamless brand experience.
4. Influences UX content strategy, aligning messaging with user journeys and Ramsay’s brand voice.
I owned the digital expression of the Ramsay brand, blending design systems, multi-channel UX, art direction, and content alignment to deliver a cohesive, elevated customer experience.
OCTOBER 2021 - DECEMBER 2022 @ WOOLIES X Everyday Market
Senior User Interface Designer / Product Designer
Focused on enhancing order transparency and the checkout experience by improving communication and onsite interactions. A key objective was to increase customer awareness of the value of shipping and the $50 and $100 free-shipping thresholds, encouraging customers to reach these targets through a thoughtful and intuitive experience.
I leveraged customer experience principles, including learnability, effectiveness, efficiency, and engagement, to help shoppers achieve free shipping while reducing friction throughout the path to purchase.
