2021: Travel Assist Corporate App

Problem Statement:

The WTP Travel Assist App is developed around the needs of the traveller, assignee, and expatriate.

We need to equip each travelling individual, combined with the WTP Travel Assist Portal at our clients' and WTP Command Centres, to create a unique, powerful, and extremely robust system for mitigating foreseeable risks and responding to incidents that do occur.

Capable risk management will be able to locate their travellers through itinerary tracking, utilising background tracking technology and understanding where our travellers intend to travel during the approval process.

We want to understand the future movement of our travellers in advance of an itinerary being developed and flights being paid for, particularly in high-risk destinations. If we have an approval process that flags high-risk destinations, we can ensure that we plan accordingly.

Customers want to understand if they are travelling to a destination during a heightened period of activity, based on a calendar of events, or due to recent changes. If a customer is travelling during a festival period or a public holiday, this may impact their travel.

To provide a fully digital and streamlined customer experience and ensure personalised, transparent interactions with customers across risk management.
