We believed that redesigning the Information Architecture (IA) and aligning it with the Ramsay Global Experience Language (GEL), supported by a scalable governance model and unified design system, would:

This work stream supported Ramsay’s digital transformation by aligning Information Architecture (IA), design direction, and governance foundations with the Ramsay Global Experience Language (GEL).
